The API's topicId
parameter is expecting the topic_id
value from the ost_help_topic
table. I assume you either have the topicId
parameter in the API request incorrectly placed/formatted, the Topic is Private/Internal, or the Topic just doesn't exist. Make sure this Topic is Public and that you are using the correct ID.
