I was wondering if there was a way to add a print option when closing a ticket, currently I first close a ticket then nav to the closed list and re-open the ticket to print, is there a simpler option?
i am not sure where to check settings for ticket reply emails, currently the user and admin receive a new ticket notice email when creating a ticket, but no email for a reply to the user or admin on updating the ticket.
any help will be much appeciated.
