Hello, I recently upgraded to v1 14.8, however ,when i try to access tickets, the page keeps loading for more than 4 minutes.it sometimes opens the ticket or comes up with the error message below Can anyone help with what the issue could be

Check all logs on the server (general server logs, webserver error logs, PHP error logs, MySQL/MariaDB error logs, osTicket System Logs, Browser Console logs, etc.) for any related errors.
