Hi 😀 I was working with this system and I searched especific tickets but I need more columns in my advanced search and the system doesn't let me add more columns. Where can I change this option?

You have to Save the Advanced Search first. You cannot add columns to a normal Advanced Search as it’s only temporary. When you save the search it will allow you to customize the columns.
