New to OSticket so go easy 🙂
I have a shared mailbox in O365 I want to use, IMAP is enabled. However when setting up the fetch side of OSTicket I get an error:
Doesnt matter what I try I get that error.
Any ideas?

OI tried switching to IMAP instead of IMAP + SSL and get the following error:
Work in pop+ssl
Still the same error and the Username & Password are correct.
I can log in fine via outlook.office365.com. Thats using the same username and password I am using in the set up above.
