When I attempt to view ticket information on the user portal, the page is not fully loading. I am not seeing any error messages on the server. Attaching a screenshot of what I do see...
Also, when I attempt to print the ticket, I get an HTTP 500 error.
Looks like display is broken at "Create Date".
You should have a PHP error in your error logs.
Not seeing anything in the php error log (C:\windows\temp\php72x64_errors.log)
Oddly enough the page is not loading at all now.. I get an HTTP 500 error when attempting to load it..
Changing the PHP version to 7.3.25 seems to have fixed the problem viewing the ticket details on the site ... (?) .. Still get an HTTP 500 error when I attempt to print, but not as worried about that.
Please review this thread and the links suggested in the OP for the Export issue.
We also facing same issue kindly suggest on this.
