Hello all, I am in the process of upgrading our OSTicket from a very old version, long before there was the 'Archive' function for Help Topics and Departments. Can someone explain the difference between disabling and archiving Help Topics and/or Departments? I have looked through this forum and the documentation but I can't identify any differences between the two. Except, maybe (I could be wrong), how the system responds to ticket updates and emails.
