Hello all, I am in the process of upgrading our OSTicket from a very old version, long before there was the 'Archive' function for Help Topics and Departments. Can someone explain the difference between disabling and archiving Help Topics and/or Departments? I have looked through this forum and the documentation but I can't identify any differences between the two. Except, maybe (I could be wrong), how the system responds to ticket updates and emails.

    Ramrajone is correct.
    Disabled topics can still be utilized in a way.
    Think of archiving as deleting the topic whilst keeping the name, etc. for historical purposes.
