We created the helpdesk tickets to different domain orgs they requested to need to see the all tickets how to configure that ?
go to Users -> Organizations
Click on the Organization (the different domain orgs you mentioned)
Click on the Name of the Organization.
Click on the Settings Tab.
The settings in here allow you to setup things like auto collaboration, primary contacts, etc. You should be able to achieve your goals there.
