Disable 2FA

Hello, my versión Osticket is 1.15

I need to disable 2fa because I have not yet configured the sending of mail and it does not allow me to change the screen if I do not verify the account.

I have tried to delete the record from the ost_staff table but it keeps asking for it.

I have already been able to disable it by changing the value to 0

Look at the ost_plugin table. You can disable the the plugin isactive to 0 to disable the plugin.

The Spanish language pack has a bug that breaks the page. You will need to remove the Spanish language pack for now until we rebuild them.

Through the database. If you do not know how to connect to the database please reach out to your server admin or google how to access the database on your specific platform/setup.

That’s the correct table however what you are looking for is not an index. You are looking for a record within that table with the key column equal to require_agent_2fa.

The id can be different for each installation. For anyone else reading this, don’t rely on the above id.
