Hello,
is it possible to make exceptions for the function "Strip quoted reply"?
I would create a group for example "dontStripGroup" and in all tickets of this group all the e-mail-history should be included.
The reason for that are some situation where the last message needs to be edited to show something, for exmaple "Checklist for new Members".
Would be great if someone know a solution for that problem.
