Hi guys!
I have a problem with italian translation...
I have translated my messages.mo.php file but, as you can see from attached images, menu entries are not translated.
Also Ticket Statuses are still in English.

    How can I translate manually ?
    I can't find where they are "hardcoded" ..

      Admin panel -> System -> Settings -> Tickets -> Queues
