I am using 1.15.4 on CentOS 7 and I have noticed if an email containing HTML or Rich Text is being sent from Google Email (for example), it is correctly processed and added as a ticket, header and body part. If the same email is sent using Outlook or Outlook Web App, the ticket is correctly created, but the body part is missing.
