Is there anyway I can change the autorepond email per department.
I have 2 Department. Support and Accounts. They have support@gmail.com and accounts@gmail.com.
I want that there is different autorespond email to each email. Example: for support, message must be "Hi I will be supporting you on your concern" and for accounts "Hi do you want to check you bill?"

Please help ;(

Go To Admin Panel -> Agents -> Departments
Click on Departments
See "outgoing email"
