Hello good morning, I have a problem with sending / receiving emails by SMTP or IMAP / POP, the application is installed on a server IIS8.5 (PHP 7.4.13) on a Windows Server 2012 R2 and a MariaDB 5.5, in He is installed the Karspersky Antivirus with the Firewall removed and without Proxy server.
So when I try to connect the server to the SMTP or to a mailbox by IMAP / POP with the kaspersky protection activated it cuts the connection and when I turn it off it works perfectly, so the question I have is if I have to add some type of exclusion or enable a specific port so that it does not block me, the SMTP and IMAP / POP ports I have released.

Thank you very much and good day.

I add that if I do a command telnet from that server it works perfectly

Can you paste the errors into the thread so that I can use google translate on them?

    these would be the errors:

Failed to connect to ServerIP:25 [SMTP: Invalid response code received from server (code: -1, response: )]

TLS/SSL failure for outlook.office365.com: Unexpected TCP input disconnect

    uncheck "Header Spoofing"
update your port on SMTP to 587.

Everything else looks the same as the settings we use.

Since it works fine when shut off, then yes Kaspersky will need to have an exception setup for the connection to be allowed.
