We have the problem that most time, not every time, that when the System reloads and also when I close one Ticket and go back to the main Ticket page, the open Tickets are not shown. Sometimes it helps to click multiple times on the "Open Tickets" button, most time we need to log out and log-in again.
It shows most times the number of open Tickets, but sometimes no numbers are shown.

There is no problem directly after Log-in.
