Upgrading to Cloud Hosted osTicket

I have emailed osTicket support but we haven't received any response as of yet, so I'm wondering if I can get some answers here.

We are currently using the open-source version of osTicket hosted on one of our Docker containers and are looking to upgrade to a cloud hosted version. I just have a couple questions before we look at proceeding:

What is the cost? We are in Australia, so preferably in AU dollars would be helpful.
How customizable is the back end of the cloud hosted version? Currently we are accessing the MySQL database of osTicket to make customizations so that we can communicate with other systems. Would this be possible on the cloud hosted version?

I do not think that you would be able to customize the back end, but you would really need to contact support to make sure that I am correct.

We responded to you on the 21st and the 27th. Anyways, @ntozier is correct in that with the hosted platform you will have 0 access to the backend (ie. no access to the code nor database).
