Is there any way to configure an agent's access so they only see their tickets AND any unassigned tickets ?

The only way that I can think of that you would be able to do something like this is to edit the Agent account and tick the "Limit ticket access to ONLY assigned tickets". But then they wouldn't be able to see unassigned tickets, so you would need to have a mechanism/workflow to assign tickets to agents when they came in.

That is where I am currently, but I would really like to have a way for lower level agents to be able to see their tickets and any unclaimed tickets without cluttering their view with all of the other tickets in the queue.

So far, the only way I have found is a custom filter, but teaching them how to generate this and use it has proved difficult.
