"Authentication Required" repetitive log out

Hi Guys.

I'm seeing a frustrating issue at the moment where I am being repeatedly logged out of the SCP with a message "Authentication Required".

I've tried disabling agent timeout with a 0, or setting 30, 60, 99 minutes etc. Regardless, I get logged out every couple of minutes.

Am I missing something simple?
Osticket 1.15.4 and PHP 7.3

You are saying that you set Admin panel -> Settings -> Agents -> Agent Session Timeout
to a bunch of different settings?

Did you clear your browser cache after you changed the settings?
