Canned Responses Force HTML Mode

I recently upgraded to OSTicket v1.15.3.1 and I have my responses set to Plain Text. When I choose to insert a Canned Response now, it changes the format to HTML. This never happened before.

I checked in the DB and even a Canned Response with no HTML code does this.

Can anyone advise how to fix this? I want to use just Plain Text format.

Then you will need to set your editor to Plain Text. If you're using an HTML editor and loading a plain text canned response, it will convert it to HTML. If however you use a Plain Text editor it will be inserted as plain text.
