Hello since the last osticket update I cannot read pdf files using Attachments on the filesystem plugin.

Indeed I have multiple error messages like:
IOException: Unable to read resource content
(root)/folder/t/tM7ZlxGSy2e99OS0_eEJ7C4cB1H2ctu8: Unable to delete file

IOException: Unable to read resource content
(root)/folder/6/6m2NXYq7H_ruWBPRs419W1vtuixXCN-Y: Unable to read from file

Can you help me to find back my files ?

PS: it works if I create a new ticket with .pdf enclosed

osticket: v1.15.4 (6bd7884)
PHP: 7.3.31
SQL: 10.5.12

Attachment Inline Plugin: v1.11

    Try disabling the 3rd party plugin:

    julienlg Attachment Inline Plugin: v1.11

        Then it sounds like there is a permission issue on the files in the attachment folder(s) that you will need to take a look at and address.
