I can confirm that in may case, the problem was solved with the help of PHP Composer, that updated some packages:
So, now is working fine, and I supposse you can't replicate the problem because you have already updated this packages.

Funciona correctamente si pones el Español de España.
It works good if you select the Spanish from Spain - español (España) — es_ES

I did it a six month ago. I don't have US Holidays Schedule, but I create after delete it my onw "holidays for Spain".
I need to delete it too? It was working fine until now.

I don't know whats happend suddenly, but the system don't let me change the SLA or the Due Date (takes time, and finaly send an error).
This is an example of the error on the server:

Well, you need to configure a new SLA for Task and select Ticket Overdue Alerts: This will DISABLE overdue alert notices to staff for tickets assigned this SLA.

In my opinion, you can do it if you create the ORGANIZATION and send automaticaly a copy to his/her IT Manager (primary contact) In my example: "Alberto"

Hi community,
I have a strange problem. Everything works well...or even better, but when agents creates a tickets (instead of feaching an email) ex: the agent want to open ticket that arrives by phone, all the system frozen an get an error.
Here are some pictures of our system:
I tested in PHP version 8.2 and 8.1 (actual) and 8.3 and combination of FPM and CGI and FastCGI

I saw nobody answer your question, so I will try to do my best :-)
I don't know if there is plugin for that your request, but you can do it with the SLA, and when a ticket is "out" of the SLA, then, advise to the "owner" of the department.
