  • the mail system at localhost.localdomain (which is likely your server) ire returning an error
  • the error in the email is "the message could not be delivered"

Typically bounce notifications will include a error code that look like #.XXX.YYY. These codes usually give a pretty good indicator of what is wrong. An example an error is 5.0.0 means that the email address does not exist.
