Not sure, if I've understood your question correctly.
I don't think there's any way to create sub-orgs, like sub-depts.
But I'll have a stab at it, anyway..
Please Note : This is not a proper solution, but just a possible workaround.
- Create a custom list for various regional units of an organization (Example : North, South, East, West).
- Under Manage Forms, create a new Form, and add the above custom list as a new field to this form.
- Under Agent Panel, select the user(s), and add the above custom form.
I'm assuming that you'd like to implement something like this, to perform some type of automatic action, upon ticket creation, such as auto-routing tickets to certain departments/teams/agent, based on the user's sub-org / regional unit.
This can then be achieved via Filters, with the Matching Criteria based on value selected from the regional units drop-down.
