Problem with Storage :: Attachments on the Filesystem after migration.

After server migration, we are seeing this issue on our system.

(root)/FOLDER/N/Ncqyw3B3PasdeCRvTlYU3-ptG5K3PqpU: Unable to read from file

#0 (root)/include/class.file.php(119): FilesystemStorage->passthru()
#1 (root)/include/class.file.php(278): AttachmentFile->sendData(false)
#2 (root)/file.php(68): AttachmentFile->download('imagen.png', 'inline', '1633254200')
#3 {main}

Any clues as for what could be going on?

we are running:
Versión osTicket v1.15.1 (fe1d1f8) — v1.15.3.1 está disponible

ok, so the problem comes from files not being moved (rsync failed, permission denied)

would it be as simple as to move the files? would all associations be kept?

But rsync can preserve permissions.

Managed to get the files transferred and with the permissions preserved but I still cant access the attachments from Osticket.

to double check, what would be the correct folder and file permissions?

Well, apparently it was all on the server side. I uploaded from one of my backups and the issue was fixed. Thank you ntozier for your help!
