I am trying to use the Search feature, but all I get is the revolving dots.
Ideally I want to search on a custom field I added (Supplier) but even if I try a very simple search, lek show all trickets that are not closed, I get :

I am a complete novice when it comes to these things, more of an end-user really.
What I have found :
I cleared my system errors, and re-ran the search, nothing new added.
I deleted my PHP error log, tried to search, no errors added to that log.
As a matter of troubleshooting, I opened a demo instance of OSticket via Softaculous app installer, and re-created my system there, and everything worked as expected. So it is particular to my installation somehow. ( which is a fresh install, no mods or addons). Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Without any errors from error logs there isn't really anything that anyone here can do to assist you.
Errors are being logged some where. I recommend that you reach out to your hosting provider and find out where things might be logged to.
