good morning for everyone,
I was working within the system, in the ticket queues, and when I used the system again, I noticed that it was slow to respond.
Wait a while and now when I update the page I get the error:

Fatal Error: Contact system administrator.

I also receive an email with the following text:

Unknown or invalid database: qafq385 https://myosticket.com:443/
Ref-Mid: BD59/ky-WEbuN-AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAPy4gjb6Q-@osTicketMailer

I need help please, I was working weeks on this implementation and it was about to go into production. I'm about to panic.

Most likely MySQL crashed for some reason. You can review the MySQL error logs to see why it crashed.

    Cheers.

it might also help to know system information as well. Operating System build info. Depending on the version it might help indicate why My SQL crashed.

Thanks a lot, it was some kind of mysql server error, just tried to migrate the DB to another hosting, updated the ost-config.php to point to the new copy of DB and now is working. I suppose it was not a problem inside the osticket, rather a problem of the DB hosting, probably refusing outside connections.

a shame not sure what the problem had been

    You're great guys
