Hi,
We have multiple Top-Level help-topics, each with it's own custom Ticket Number Format
For Example - IT is a Parent/Top-Level Help Topic with a custom ticket number as ALP/IT/####
Similarly Sales is another Parent/Top-Level Help Topic with a custom ticket number as ALP/SALES/####
Now, each of these Parent/Top-Level Help Topic has multiple Child/Sub Help Topics.
For For Example - IT has child/sub Help Topics such as
- Hardware
- Software
- Local Network
- Internet
Now, currently, it seems like the Child/Sub Help Topics don't Inherit, the Ticket Number Format from the Parent Help Topics
Is there any way to achieve this ?
