I'm trying to configure OSticket to fetch emails from a shared mailbox and getting only "Can not authenticate to IMAP server: AUTHENTICATE failed.". The username includes backslashes (ads\xxxx\yyyyy), could this be the source of the problem?
Additional Info I forgot to mention: normal accounts on the same server are working :-)
