Problem when export tickets on Agent view

Hi everyone, I am having an issue when I try to export the tickets on the Agent View, it seems like everything is working propertly, but when the progress indicator finish only close the pop up window and nothing happens. I am using Chrome but also I tried with others browsers.

Browsing in the Chrome console, I found this:

I am using osTicket v1.15.3.1, running on PHP v7.4 but also I tried with v7.3

Any idea?

Are you using vanilla osTicket? (ie. no customizations, mods, etc.)

If not, I'd highly recommend retesting on a vanilla install.
