I am looking for a way to sort by the date of the last entry made in the tickets by a person (not automated entries). Is this possible?
Are you looking for sorting on all open / closed tickets view?
I would like to be able to do this sort on every view, but if I had to choose I would say all open tickets view.

I am still looking for a way to do this. Would also like to be able to see who was the last to update it as well. If I had to choose who is more important then when.
Sort on last date ticket
Is there a way to alway sort open (or closed/answered) tickets on date. Newest first offcourse.
I alway have to click the date column before this is done.
Maybe I can adjust it in a file from osticket?
