Delete and/or automate deletion of old tickets 1.14

I tried installing the famed archiver plugin https://github.com/clonemeagain/osticket-plugin-archiver on our 1.14 install but it crashes the site with a 500 completely. Renaming the plugin folder brings everything back to life.

Is there an updated version of this or another efficient and code-light method to archive old tickets in bulk?
