Moderation for Admin right to allow /disallow staff response and then showing visbil

Dear Community Members,

I hope you all be fine. I need customizations as below

Any help will b highly appreciated.

1)Administrator right to modify /edit staff responses

2)Administrator right to approve /disapprove and visibility to client

3)Administrator list for all approved and disapproved response.
