Hi,

I'm using osTicket v1.15.3.1 (osTicket Awesome) and have issues with the redactor autosave/drafts.

They caused strange issues while editing email templates where I finally found the reason for now.
Drafts were created in ost_draft table but not deleted after successful save.
So when I opened the same template again, it showed me the draft which was an older version and not the same as already saved in ost_email_template table.
I deleted all entries in ost_draft via phpMyAdmin and now it is working fine again.

Can I somehow disable the drafts so I don't run into this issue anymore?

    I did not have this issue again since then.
