[resolved] How to Not Expire Passwords

I was looking in the documentation to see how to Not Expire passwords. The following screenshot from the documentation shows that Password Expiration Policy can be set to No expiration.

I’m running version 1.15.2 and I don’t have this option. See screenshot below. So my question is where do I find Default Basic Policy so I can not expire passwords for Agents?

ntozier I did notice there is a plugin for password policies but I was hoping to be able to edit the existing default one. Our senior IT technician doesn't want his password expiring requiring him to create a new one.

Where I work we get around this by using the Authentication::LDAP and AD plugin.

I realize not everyone has LDAP or AD, but we've never had an issue with password expiring in osTicket because its not controlled in osTicket. 🙂
