Hi, we are new to osTicket (great software by the way) and the last piece on our agenda to tailor the software to our needs is a fix, that Microsoft Outlook Emoticons (auto-replaced images for ;-)) are not shown to the agends and just disappeared without any replacement. Is there a way to show them or maybe even to just convert them back to plain text smileys?
Other embedded images show nicely in the tickets.. So it is not a general image problem.
