attachments:plugin - Migrate attachments logfile

Hello,

i migrate the Attachments from Filesystem to DB and get some errors like:
Unable to migrate IMG_7632.jpg
Unable to migrate IMG_4467.JPG

and at least
Migrated 3097 files

Is there a logfile where I can see what was going wrong? Because now I got every few Minutes Mails like:

Subject: IOException: Unable to read resource content
Mailcontent: (root)/attachmentsFromTickets/b/bkI8oGlYpt7QnRAN4vYCIx6HHx5fftAI: Unable to read from file

These two things do not seem particularly related.
The first one says that it cannot migrate the file for some reason. What that reason is isn't listed. you can try setting osTicket logged to debug (Admin panel -> Settings -> System -> Default Log level) and see if that logs any additional information about the migration.

The second one says that the mail server is unable to read a file, and tells you what file it is.
I would check the files/folders in the path ((root)/attachmentsFromTickets/) permissions to make sure that they are all owned by a user/group that the webserver can read. If they aren't then change them.

Thank you for your back.

I found out what is the problem. I migrated from Windows to Ubuntu and Windows made something wired with the Filenaming... Ubuntu is Case Sensitive. After renaming some of the folder its working better. But not good... Still some problems with some files.

There might be a problem with case sensitivity in the plugin. You should probably report this to plugin-repo.
