We have around 52 helpdesk agents.. Is there any way to bulk add or import (based on template) agents into osTicket.. I see a way of bulk adding end-users, but not agents ..

osTicket does not have an Agent Import feature at this time.

Manually, adding 52 Agents is a chore .. What if an organization has 100+ agents ... ?

How come there's a way to bulk-upload users, but not agents ?

Of course you can use a script or SQL query but as with all customizations you are on your own. You will also need to manually trigger the registration in the UI as simply adding data to the database doesn't trigger the "An Account has been created for you" email.
