So I only have one Agent (Me) and for simplicity's sake I have all tickets being Auto-Assigned to me. However when a new ticket comes in I don't receive a Notification by E-Mail about this. Seems Auto-Assigned Tickets setup not to notify the Agent. Is there a way around this? I've been digging around and so far I've not found a way to make this happen.
Any assistance or pointers in the right direction would be appreciated.
