As a guest, send a Support mailbox to OSTicket, OSTicket does not give any automatic response, the administrator can receive an automatic response, and how I configure the guest and administrator to receive an automatic response at the same time after the guest sends the Support mailbox.

What you are describing is the default behavior of osTicket.

If your instance is not doing it then it is likely that you have either

not setup polling (you are not generating tickets or ticket updates via email),

or you need to turn the autoresponder on.
To enable autoresponder go to Admin panel -> Settings -> Tickets -> Autoresponder tab
