In kayako support system we can create filters on incoming piped emails to create tickets only on specific emails. Does osticket has the functionality ?
Is there any one aware abt this functionality in OSTicket. Pls help...

Since you posted it the 1.6ST section no. Version 1.6ST does not have that capability.
1.7ST does have ticket filters though, so it sound like you should upgrade.
