My boss wants to have a single field that shows the lastest timestampe of either last response or last update; this new field would be something like "last touched". Does anyone have suggestions for implementing this? Should I use a stored procedure in MySql to update this custom field when the ticket is updated? Thanks for your help!!! Jerry
