Hi Gents,
We have just migrated the OSTicket from one server to another.
Now I am unable to see the tickets when I login as User / Admin.
As per the system logs the error is
"IOException: Unable to read resource content
/home/cmpnm/ostickdata/-/-XNO-_7PDdnMtVSkzcgYWCwDk13Hr9Vw: Unable to read from file"
I have noticed that the root path of the new server is /home1/cmpnm1/
How can I change the ROOT PATH of the system?
