I have edited my ticket statuses so I have differing statuses for me to track the progress of my customer repairs (Eg. Parts ordered, awaiting approval etc.).
I have this column display in the top level queue "Open".
I have gone into the Queue settings and configured the column with some background color conditions. However when I go to the agent side and click the top level queue "Open" (not a sub queue), it displays all the columns and everything as I expect but the condition doesn't work.

I have nothing overriding anything on the agent side (It's set to Use standard columns and I just configure the layout on the admin side).
When the ticket starts to reach the due date, I want the status column to change colour.
If I add the Due Date column and configure these background-color conditions, it works properly.
Any idea what I'm doing wrong? Am I not understanding something here?
