I have installed 1.15.2 version and i have configured helpdesk email id and it is saved successfully. Also i can send the test mail successfully from Diagnostic tab. But whenever i send any mail on my helpdesk email id from any other email id to create a ticket but i am not receiving any mail on dashboard section where all the tickets are created. Please let me know what could be the issue. Please refer this video which i have just created while followed the steps sent b your support team over mail.
