Not sure what it is you are talking about.
osTicket does not have a concept of "team subscriptions".
There are Teams (which are a cross department group of Agents) and tickets can be assigned to the Team.
There are Departments (which are a group of Agents).
Tickets can also be assigned to Agents.  So a ticket can be assigned to both a Department and an Agent -or- a Team and an Agent. [note: I'm not entirely sure that you can do Team and Agent, as I do not use Teams, but I am pretty sure that Teams work like another Department].
