Closing ticket automatically

Hi everyone

Is there a way of setting a default for close with certain canned responses?

Some of our responses are end-points and therefore it is logical that when the response is chosen from the drop down, the closed option defaults on.

Anyway of implementing?

Sounds like you would add a field to the ost_canned_response table, and add some javascript so that on click (on select) if the value in that new field is set to X that it would tick or untick the autoclose check box.
