Hi Guys,
I followed the following steps:
created a custom form (screenshot 1 & 2
)
created a custom list (screenshot 3)
created a help topic and selected the custom form i created (screenshot 4)
My expected result is when a new ticket is created i can select within the dropdown the vendors i created.
How can i get this working,
