In the users/organizations menu, there are 3 tabs: users, tickets and notes
I would like to add a new tab where it shows me only the tickets that are still open from that organization, so I would have 4 tabs. This would be the ideal solution for what I need
another alternative is that, in the tickets tab, all the organization's tickets appear, whether they are open, closed, overdue, etc, but they appear in a chronological order. I would like them to appear according to status, with the open ones being at the top of the list, but I can't do this sorting
