I've recently set up OST but having issues with attachments on mobile devices. Most of our users are going to be submitting tickets from their mobile devices, and they often include pictures. The problem is that the file attachment button does not work on mobile devices. It works great on desktop because it opens a file explorer windows which lets you browse to a file to upload. However on mobile is simply does not function at all. After a bit of searching I have not been able to find any way around this problem. Has anyone been able to overcome this?

As a side note I do not recall anyone else ever reporting an issue like this. This includes myself since I have used mobile devices in the past to open tickets.

I just tried another browser on my phone and it did actually allow me to choose a file. I guess Firefox Focus somehow breaks this functionality due to it's private and secure nature.
