I am not receiving the email from default 2fa. Is there a way to disable 2fa in the database or config file?
randymts A very quick search returned this reply from @ntozier on an earlier post: https://forum.osticket.com/d/99466-resolved-reset-remove-goodle-2fa Basically a quick edit of the database to turn off 2FA, then you can go in and fix whatever the problem is before turning it back on.
